The NBN-50022-C DINION IP imager 5000 HD True Day/Night Indoor IP PoE Box Camera (No Lens) from Bosch is a ready-to-use, complete network video surveillance system inside a compact and stylish housing. The camera has a 1/2.7” CMOS HD sensor for capturing high-quality 1080p images. Its intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction feature reduces bandwidth and storage requirements.

The camera’s multi-streaming feature delivers various H.264 streams together with an M-JPEG stream. These streams facilitate bandwidth-efficient viewing and recording as well as integration with third-party video management systems. The camera has a built-in microphone to allow operators to listen in on the monitored area.

The camera incorporates mechanical filter technology for vivid daytime color and excellent night-time imaging while maintaining sharp focus under all lighting conditions. Its SD card slot supports up to 2TB of storage capacity (SD card available separately). The elegant, compact box design is suitable for homes, offices, businesses, or shops where camera size and appearance are important.

Content-Based Imaging Technology
Content-Based Imaging Technology (C-BIT) is used to improve image quality in virtually all lighting conditions and to identify areas for enhanced processing.
The camera examines a scene using intelligent video analytics and provides feedback to re-tune image processing; this provides better detail in the areas that matter and better all-round performance.

Multiple Streams
The multi-streaming feature delivers various H.264 streams together with an M-JPEG stream.
These streams facilitate bandwidth-efficient viewing and recording, and integration with third-party video management systems.
An upright mode can be selected for the second stream. In this mode, an image of 400 x 720 (9:16 aspect ratio) is cropped from the full sensor image.
When a scene to be monitored is suitable to the upright mode, bandwidth and storage requirements are reduced.
Simultaneous Analog and IP Video Outputs
A surge-protected analog video output ensures that high resolution IP video streaming and an analog video output are available simultaneously.
This means, for example, that a confrontation monitor can easily be connected directly to the camera while still maintaining full IP functionality.
Regions of Interest and E-PTZ
Regions of Interest (ROI) can be user defined.
Remote E-PTZ (Electronic Pan, Tilt, and Zoom) controls allow you to select specific areas of the parent image.
Separate regions produce separate streams for remote viewing and recording. These streams, together with the main stream, allow the operator to separately monitor the most interesting part of a scene while still retaining situational awareness.
Built-in Microphone, Two-Way Audio, and Audio Alarm
The camera has a built-in microphone to allow operators to listen in on the monitored area.
Two-way audio support allows the operator to communicate with visitors or intruders via an external audio line input and output.
Audio detection can be used to generate an alarm if needed.
Tamper and Motion Detection
A wide range of configuration options are available for alarms signaling camera tampering.
A built-in algorithm for detecting movement in the video can also be used for alarm signaling.
Hardware tamper switch detects the opening of the junction box.
Edge Recording
Internal microSD card slot supports up to 2TB of storage capacity.
microSD card can be used for local alarm recording.
Pre-alarm recording in RAM reduces recording bandwidth on the network, or if microSD card recording is used, it extends the effective life of the storage medium.
Storage Management
Recording management can be controlled by the Video Recording Manager (VRM) or the camera can use iSCSI targets directly without any recording software.
iDNR Technology Reduces Bandwidth & Storage
The camera uses intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction (iDNR) for actively analyzing the contents of a scene and reducing noise artifacts accordingly.
Low noise and efficient H.264 compression technology provide clear images while reducing bandwidth and storage, which results in reduced-bandwidth streams that still retain high image quality and smooth motion.
The camera provides the most usable image possible by cleverly optimizing the detail-to-bandwidth ratio.
Cloud-Based Services
The camera supports time-based or alarm-based JPEG posting to 4 different accounts.
These accounts can address FTP servers or cloud-based storage facilities (for example, Dropbox).
Video clips or JPEG images can also be exported to these accounts.
Alarms can be set up to trigger an email or SMS notification so you are always aware of abnormal events.
