At our company, we are proud to offer delivery to all locations throughout New Zealand. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that your products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

To take advantage of our delivery service, simply place your order online, email or over the phone and let us know your preferred delivery location. Standard delivery fees will apply, but these fees may be waived for larger orders or for deliveries to regular customers. Delivery times will vary based on the location and size of the order, but we will do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests whenever possible.

In addition to our delivery service, customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse located at 8A Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland. Please note ideally all pick ups must be prearranged in advance.

Lead Times

At Alliance Wholesale Limited, we make every effort to ensure that our customers receive their products in a timely manner. However, please be aware that certain factors such as production schedules, inventory levels, and shipping times may affect the lead time for a product.

The following is our policy for estimating product lead times:

  • In-stock items: Products that are currently in stock will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the order.
  • Pre-order items: Products that are not currently in stock but can be pre-ordered - please contact us for delivery dates
  • Made-to-order items: Products that are made-to-order, please contact us for delivery dates

Please note that these lead times are estimates and may vary depending on a variety of factors. We will make every effort to keep customers informed of any delays or changes to the lead time for their product.

We will also make every effort to ensure that the lead time is as short as possible and to meet or beat the lead time promise made at the time of purchase.
