We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must complete our online Return Authorisation Form - RA prior to returning the equipment
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@awlnz.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Attention Returns, 8A Triton Drive, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, made to order items or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or loyalty programs.
Restocking Fee
We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. However, please be aware that in order to cover the cost of processing returns, inspecting products, and restocking them for sale, we impose a 10% restocking fee on all returned products.
The restocking fee will be applied to items that are returned in as NEW condition and are able to be sold again.
Please note that the following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- on sale items or loyalty programs items
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product if required. Returns will only be accepted with a valid return authorization number via this link .Return Authorisation Form - RA
Please also note that the original shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credit your account. Credit Card Fess and courier charges are not refundable.
